How it works
Selling Property
- Let us know when, where and who to meet and all other necessary instructions for us to carry out the professional representative service for you.
- Leaving us you contact details, we will engage the communications with you.
- Depending the instructions or cause of work needed to be carried out, we will then quote you according to time for the booking. Minimum per booking per slot per customer average £40 per viewing half hour. Extra hour needed will be charge accordingly.
Renting Property
- Let us know how you like to be represented.
- Instruction, appointment time, people’s contact and any way you want us to represent yourself. Clear ommunication is important.

- Work will be carried out accordingly, first half hour and first customer will be charge average of £40 unless extra work or distance journey for representative expenses.
